Office Manager & Project Coordinator
Steffi Klein studied cultural studies and singing in Berlin. During her master’s degree, Klein worked at various Berlin theaters as an assistant director. She has been part of the Stahlmedien team since 2016: In addition to managing the office and her work as an editor, she is also responsible for project management at Stahlmedien.
Through her many years of stage experience as a singer in various configurations, she enriches our team with her practical experience in the areas of voice, non-verbal communication, and performance, which she also communicates and coaches in our training courses.

Dr. Leonard Novy is a political consultant and author. He serves as co-director of the Institute of Media and Communications Policy. He studied in Berlin, Cambridge and Harvard
Natalie A. Grier has been in front of the camera since childhood, as an actress and presenter as well as in various films, advertising and television productions. Furthermore, Grier worked as a member of the ensemble at the Staatsoper Berlin. She is a trainer of the “Sanford Meisner Schauspieltechnik” and is educated as a systemic coach. She is also trained in classical hypnosis and non-verbal communication. Natalie A. Grier has been working with the Stahlmedien team as a coach for performance and communication psychology since 2017.
Peter Schink For more than 10 years, Media-Manager Peter Schink consults media, associations and corporations in the range of digital transformation. As an internationally experienced coach, trainer and media expert he works together with leading companies, i.e. Axel Springer, Neven DuMont, the Funke-Media-Group or F.A.Z. Schink managed plenty of transformation processes and digital change projects. As founder of the agency ‚doppelstern’, Mr. Schink combines digital innovation, product developement, strategy and technique for various clients. The agency works on digital projects and supervises the online-marketing of present websites.
Dr. Albert Kitzler is philosopher, lawyer and film producer based in Munich and Berlin. He founded the “Maß und Mitte” School of Philosophy and has published several books. He produced several award winning movies (including “Schwarzfahrer”, which received an Oscar in the “Best short” category in 1994).
Sergiy Pudich is a film maker and producer based in Kyiv. Originally from Odessa, he now works in Kyiv and supports the stahlmedien team as regional coordinator Eastern Europe.
Felipe Kohlhörster works as web video producer for different YouTube channels and YouTube creators.
